About

I work with people who carry real responsibility — where what matters isn't clear.

My clients are leaders, founders, or experienced professionals across the creative, higher education, and nonprofit sectors.

Capable, thoughtful, driven — balancing competing priorities, working through complexity and making decisions that carry weight.

How I think

My focus is helping you think clearly about what matters — particularly when the decisions are complex and the path isn’t obvious.

This isn't advice in the traditional sense. It’s a space for rigorous, honest thinking — where assumptions are tested, priorities become clear, and decisions can be made with intention.

What I do

I work one-to-one with a small number of leaders as a trusted thinking partner.

The work is ongoing and shaped around you. It may centre on a specific decision, a period of transition, or an ongoing need for independent perspective.

Alongside this, I bring senior-level experience in marketing, communications, and business strategy — drawn on where relevant, and at times applied directly.
