FOR INDIVIDUAL LEADERS
Private Advisory
Your board, your team and your funders all need something from you. Who do you think with?
A confidential thinking partnership for senior leaders navigating complexity, change and difficult decisions.

A trusted thinking partner
Private Advisory gives you space to think clearly, test ideas and see what matters most.
Leading a mission-led organisation can be rewarding, demanding and, at times, isolating. There are plenty of people who need something from you; far fewer with whom you can think completely openly.
Drawing on my experience as a senior leader and my work across the cultural, higher education and charity sectors, I bring strategic perspective, rigorous thinking, a willingness to challenge and practical support. Some conversations are strategic. Others are more reflective. Most sit somewhere in between.
The aim is simple: clearer thinking, honest conversation and decisions you can stand behind.

Ways to work together
ONGOING PRIVATE ADVISORY
A regular thinking partnership for senior leaders who want consistent support over time.
Most clients meet with me twice a month, with light-touch access between sessions when needed.
Best for: periods of change, sustained complexity or leaders who value a trusted external sounding board.
SHORT-TERM ADVISORY
A defined piece of work over a set period, usually three conversations across 6-8 weeks.
We focus on a specific challenge, decision or transition, and work towards greater clarity and practical next steps.
Best for: a live issue that needs concentrated attention.
ONE-OFF ADVISORY
A single in-depth conversation to help you think through a particular question or decision.
You leave with clearer perspective, stronger framing and a better sense of your next move.
Best for: a particular decision, difficult conversation or a new opportunity.
