Working Together

I work with leaders, leadership teams and boards across the cultural, heritage, higher education and charity sectors.

The formats differ, but the aim is the same: rigorous thinking, honest conversation and decisions you can stand behind.

FOR INDIVIDUALS

1

Private Advisory

A confidential, one-to-one thinking partnership for leaders navigating complexity, change or high-stakes decisions.

Most relationships are ongoing: one or two in-depth conversations a month, with access between sessions.

The work often leads to:

  • Decisions you can stand behind

  • A clear view of what to prioritise, and what to let go

  • More confidence in your own judgement

  • Progress on the thing that has been stuck

This is for you if…

  • You want to think strategically, and be honest with yourself about your part in it.

  • There's no one in your organisation you can think out loud with.

Ongoing, over a defined period, or a single conversation. We'll shape it around what you need.

FOR LEADERSHIP TEAMS, BOARDS & ORGANISATIONS

2

Facilitation & Group Work

Focused sessions that help groups talk honestly, work through the hard questions and agree a way forward.

That might be a leadership team working through change, a board and executive team setting direction, a strategy or away day, or a group resetting how it works together.

We start with a conversation about what the group needs and who should be in the room. I design the session around that, and facilitate it so that you can take part rather than run the room.

This is for you if…

  • A decision needs everyone in the room, with everything on the table.

  • You'd rather take part than chair.

  • The same question keeps coming back and never quite gets settled.

Start with a free, no-strings conversation.

Tell me what you're working on, and we'll see how I can help.
