Most clients work with me on an ongoing basis through private advisory —a sustained, one-to-one thinking partnership.
For those not looking for something ongoing, I also offer number of more focused conversations.

Private Advisory
An ongoing, one-to-one advisory relationship for people navigating complexity, transitions or high-stakes work.
Typically funded by organisations.
Two 60-minute sessions each month, with ongoing access between sessions
The work often leads to:
- Clearer thinking in complex situations
- Calm, focused decision-making
- Confidence to move forward with conviction
- Tangible progress where it matters most

Focused Advisory
A focused, one-to-one advisory relationship for moments where you need space to think clearly and move forward within a defined period of time.
Typically structured as three 60-minute sessions over 6-8 weeks.

One-off Advisory
A single, focused conversation for moments when you need to think something through properly and leave with clarity on what to do next.
Many people start here before deciding whether ongoing advisory would be useful.
It's the same depth of thinking, just contained to a single conversation.

Self-Funded Advisory
I also work with a small number of self-funded individuals, where there is a strong fit.
