Ways of working
My work is centred around sustained advisory relationships for people navigating complexity, leadership, transition, and significant responsibility.
Most clients work with me on an ongoing basis through private advisory —a sustained, one-to-one thinking partnership.
Alongside private advisory, I work selectively with organisations and leadership teams through facilitation, strategic reflection, and retained advisory relationships.
I also offer shorter-term advisory engagements for specific moments of change, decision-making, or direction-setting.
1
Private Advisory
An ongoing, one-to-one advisory relationship for people navigating complexity, transitions or high-stakes work.
Most private advisory relationships involve two in-depth conversations each month, alongside ongoing access between sessions.
The work often leads to:
- Greater clarity in complex situations
- More grounded, focused decision-making
- A stronger sense of direction and conviction
- Tangible movement where it matters most
2
Short-Term Advisory
A focused, one-to-one advisory relationship for moments where you need space to think clearly and move forward within a defined period of time.
These engagements are often shaped around three conversations over a defined 6-8 week period.
3
One-Off Advisory
A single, focused conversation for moments when you need to think something through properly and leave with clarity on what to do next.
Many people start here before deciding whether ongoing advisory would be useful.
It's the same depth of thinking, just contained to a single conversation.
4
Self-Funded Advisory
Alongside institutionally supported work, I also work with a small number of privately self-funded individuals.
If this applies to you, we can explore what would be most useful.
